My name is Bug Tourmaline. I am a 30-something trans man. I write a lot of different things, but many of them focus on:
- how to improve your life and increase your happiness and contentment...
- ...without buying in to the rat race of late-stage capitalism.
Therapy that works changed my life, but I also understand that it is EXTREMELY rare to find a good therapist (it took me 15 years!), and therapy in general is not available to everyone. In addition to therapy, though, I did a whole shit ton of work on my own to improve myself and become a happier and more reliable person. I have no mental health credentials, but I do have wisdom to share.
